there is no god
sry if i offended anyone
i saw this pic of a girl, she was so skinny her bones were pokin through her body. i was so shocked i never seen something like that before. she was so young i remembered thinking this girl is not gonna live long...it makes you think of how lucky we are to have all these things. all these luxuries. my heart goes out to all those who are suffering. i hope they find peace soon..
i hope one day soon i will get over this stupid depression thing and help people out there who NEED help, i want to help them. I think a lot of these issues could be solved if people stop saying god is testing us, or evil is doing this. i think we should all be doing something to help make the world better, like
hybrid cars stop global warming
less electricity
save money
don't waste food, clothing and so
give old clothes to charities
give donations to charities..

First, you presume that dying is a bad thing. In and of itself, it simply is, it is not good or bad. Dying in this physical incarnation simply releases the soul to the other side. Once there, once again we make the choice as to whether to come back or not. As non-physical entities or spirits, we have all chosen, before being born to come here and experience this life. We chose all this in order to facilitate the evolution of our eternal souls. No, you will not remember it, just as you don't remember being born. That doesn't mean that it didn't happen.
Children die of starvation because of humans. Not God. Humans make the decision to have greed and to not equally share the resources of the earth that God provided us with. God provided us with all the resources necessary for every living soul to not only survive but thrive.
And yet, while we throw out tonnes of food each day in Western civilization and gorge ourselves fat on McDonald's, children starve. Again, I don't see how God is to blame for that. Humans are the ones who choose this greed. Humans are the ones who stand by and watch, complacent. God gave US the free will to put a stop to this, and we don't. God is not to blame, we are.
Ghandi said, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world."
If you are so concerned with starving children, start by looking within yourself and see what changes you can make. Go volunteer at your local food bank. Get off of your computer and take some action instead of placing blame.

Did God create Evil?
This will make you think for a while.
At a certain college there was a professor with a reputation for being tough on Christians. At the first class, everysemester, he asked if anyone was a Christian and proceeded to degrade
them and to mock their statement of faith.
One semester, he asked the question and a young man raised his hand.
The professor asked, "Did God make everything young man?"
He replied "Yes sir he did!"
The professor responded,! "IF God made everything, then he made evil"
The student didn't have a response and the professor was happy to once again prove the Christian faith to be a myth.
Then another man raised his hand and asked, "May I ask you something, sir?""Yes, you may," responded the professor.
The young man stood up and said, "Sir, is there such a thing as cold?" Of course there is, what kind of a question is that? Haven't you ever
been cold?"
The young man replied, "Actually, sir, cold doesn't exist. What we consider to be cold, is really an absence of heat. Absolute zero is when there is absolutely no heat, but cold does not really exist. We have only created that term to
describe how we feel when heat is not there.
"
The young man continued, Sir, is there such a thing as dark?" Once again the professor
responded, "Of course there is."And once again, the student replied, "Actually, sir, darkness does not exist. Darkness is really only the
absence of light. Darkness is only a term developed to describe what happens when there is no light present."
Finally, the young man asked, "Sir, is there such a thing as evil?"The professor responded, "Of course, we have rapes, murders and violence everywhere in the world, Those things are evil.
"
The student replied, "Actually, sir, evil does not exist. Evil is simply the absence of God. Evil is a term developed to describe the absence of God.God did not create evil. It isn't like truth, or love which exist as virtues like heat or light. Evil is simply the state
where God is not present, like cold without heat, or darkness withoutlight."
The professor had nothing to say................
Be full of Christ today, there is no room for anything else . .
GOD BLESS.

This is a good question. After all, what have little children done to deserve punishment or suffering? Nothing. Yet, they suffer. If God is all loving and all powerful, why doesn't He stop this injustice from happening?
It is true that God is good. His nature is holy and He is loving and patient. But, God is also just and wise. He created Adam and Eve and put them into the Garden of Eden and gave them dominion over the world. This dominion was not merely a functional one. It was also representational. In other words, Adam was the Federal Head over mankind. This means that Adam represented all of mankind.1 When he fell into sin, the Bible teaches that we fell with him (Rom. 5:12-21). Another way of looking at it is that Adam contained all of us in representative form, in his life and in His seed. When he fell, we inherited not only a sinful nature from Adam by simply being born, but we also inherited a world affected by sin as well.
What we inherited from Adam was not only a sinful nature, but also a world affected by sin: death, decay, disasters, etc. Furthermore, since we are made in the image of God and we are not robots without free will, God has given to us the stature and responsibility of managing what has been given to us. Therefore, God has given us a world that was good to begin with, but fell because of Adam. In this world, because we are like God in that we have responsibility and free will, we live with the consequences of our actions. Unfortunately, the consequences of sin is that sometimes the innocent suffer.
However, technically speaking, not even the children are innocent. The Bible says that all people are by nature children of wrath (Eph. 2:3). Like it or not, the sin of Adam is imputed, or reckoned to each individual that Adam represented the same way that the righteousness of Jesus is imputed, or reckoned to each individual that He represented. If someone wants to say that it is unfair for Adam to represent us in the Fall, then they must also conclude that it is unfair for Jesus to represent us on the cross. This latter case would mean that would not have salvation. This is why God set up the idea of representation, so that we could be saved. The seemingly unfortunate consequence of this is that it means we also must continue to suffer the effects of the failure that was begun by Adam.
Therefore, though God can intervene and stop people from suffering, and He probably does already without our knowing it, there are still those who will suffer in this world due to the effects of sin in people and on creation.

i personally don't believe in a God, probably because all the christians think god will take care of the children and don't do anything for them (not all but maybe possibly some).
God isn't the answer to everything i guess. People have to stop relying on that and do something themselves. Sorry if i offended anyone.

Please! Don't make me cry. Who's to say, who's to die or who's to live? Not us, that's for sure! If it was up to us everybody would live - no one would die - and the whole world would be stuffed to it's edges in people if we had anything to say about it! Ha! That's the reason why 'God's' in control and we're not! If they die, they die. Everybody has to go, sometime. Some younger than others. What I truely believe is that the children don't die; their spirits pass on from this realm unto the next, being heaven and once they get there, they're instantly promoted into 'God's' legion. That's what I believe. So you can cry all you want about something you can't control, or you could hope for the best and give 'God' more credit than you have. -peace.

Take the big view: since the dawn of man humans have struggled to survive. Every century, every decade, every age has its challenges.
If we presume that God allows innocent children to die of hunger, we would also assume that God chooses others to be obese. That would be a peculiar belief, wouldn't it?
A better question would be: what skills and resouces have we been given to help improve the quality of life for everyone? You have the abiity to volunteer tomorrow with a local hunger program in your area to help solve that problem. If you choose not to do that, is it still God allowing innocent children to die of hunger in your community?

People die. People live. That is the way of the world. Bad things do not take away from God's might. Sometimes the evil of man make other's suffer. For example: You can be a good person but I could be evil and harm you. It is not God who hurt you. It is others. People starve because of evil politics that prevent others from helping. That is man and not God.

Why do you assume that, a) children are innocent, and b) that dying is a bad thing?
If there is a heaven, wouldn't dying take them to a better place and end their suffering? In that case, then almighty God is being merciful by taking them "home".

This is the problem with thinking that god is perfect. Nothing is actually perfect because perfection is relative. There is beauty and suffering and sometimes they collide Hence is the power of Chaos found in Nature. The pendulum swings both ways, you can't think in absolutes because who's rules do you follow?? Doesn't make sense.
IF GOd is Nature, then suffering is as eminent as joy.

Because, from the fall of Adam and Eve, we abused the free will that God gave us, and we continue to sin today.
Children and people starve in countries not because of God or lack of food or resources but because of evil men. Corrupt leaders, and rich people in general, don't spread the wealth among the people.
But in the end, God will more than make up for everything.
