I have 2 - a breakfast and a dessert...

For breakfast, I slice the strawberries, sprinkle them with brown sugar and let them set while I make crepes. I fill the crepes with the strawberries, roll them and drizzle the syrup that forms on top.

For dessert, I make this banana split kinda thing. It's got a graham cracker crust topped with a mixture of eggs, shortening and powdered sugar..then you layer sliced bananas, strawberries and crushed pineapples and top it with Cool Whip. Let me know if you want the recipe.
