Yes many times during his teachings. Here is an example outside of a sermon.

John 17:1-2
1 Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You,
2 "as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.

Yes Jesus says that he is the son of God

Jhn 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Many times.

Quite often I encounter those who are involved in cults who pose the question, "How can Jesus be both God and Son of God?" One should be reminded that Jesus referred to Himself as "Son of God" and "Son of man." The designation "Son of God" refers to the deity of Christ and "Son of man" refers to the humanity of Christ.

Jesus is the Son of God in reference to His entrance into the world in a body of flesh. Luke 1:35 states, "And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God."

Dou you think Jesus can ever go against God. God said not to give Him an image of anything on the heaven, or earth.

Did not deny nor dispute when others referred to Him as being--didn't have to God Himself said so at His Baptism.
