Most people, regardless of their gender, are attracted to some form of power they feel can be 'gained' from a potential partner or mate. It might be beauty, wealth, education, status, physical power, popularity, career success, or whatever. Every person is different. The question is what do YOU want to gain? What power are you attracted to in another. And what is your power that is attractive? It's important to be aware of these things in yourself -- because usually the expectations contained in these desires for power wind up sabotaging a budding love.

Yes and No.

Women don't want to date a loser who's 24 and still works at McDonalds making $8/hr. But if a guy has a good respectable job, it shouldn't matter how much money hes got. As long as he treats her right thats all that really matters.

Another thing is how well a man can manage his money. Debt is not a turn on.

It completely depends on the woman. Most I know it's really not unless he seems like the type who is looking to be a mooch. I have met women who wouldn't look at a guy twice if his clothes didn't look more expensive than most peoples cars. And most of those I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to date. Stuck up, mean, and don't care about a man but about gettin everything she can out of the guy... and i don't understand (as a woman) how anyone could treat a guy like that.
If we look at money it tends to be more of a gauge to how responcible you are especially as we get older (i mean over 20). I mean if you're up to your eyeballs in debt and still living with your mama at 25 it's usually a bit sign of immaturity and irresponsibilty... But if you're workin hard to get out of debt hey that shows us you're trying to do better. And that is a good thing. Just be a good man... and a gentlemen... a good woman just wants a guy who wants to take care of her and will try his best to do it... but also most of us also want a man who isn't too stubborn to let us help out and take care of him if the need comes. A good relationship is even give and take... and being gracious about both....
May God bless you in all things and help you become the man your future wife will need... and that she will be what you need... and that you'll know her the moment you lay eyes on her. :D

No. If a girl questions a mans money, shes not worth your time. Plain and simple.

In my eyes, money is not a priority when i'm dating a man, nor should it be. Some women are different.

Some girls are materialistic, but most are not. Money is not a huge question when dating by any means.

Nope, not an issue at all. Most important: trust, honnesty, communication. It's all about compromise, sharing, and endurance. You can have no money, but if you can make me happy, make me laugh, make me feel admired, and sexy and beautiful, cherished.... that's way more important than money.

Never...As long as I have money in my pocket, I couldn't care less about a man's finances. Providing he doesn't ask me for a loan--then we are through.

I make my own $$$, I like to shop. I want my man to pay his bills and still have some cash to play with but he doesn't have to be rich, just not poor!
