Sodium will make you retain water.

I tell people to drink whatever they want, after they've had 12 8 oz glasses of water that day. It's about priorities!

No, alcohol makes you eat much and fat, you should never drink that for your diet. youd dring fruit juice. good luck!

drink vodka and coke. leave wines and beer along.
Rum is good and gin!
use a diet soda and have a rum and coke.
