trick question? you didn't say if the train was going 100 m/hr you just said 100mi. ;)

If by "traveling at 100mi" you mean 100 mph, then one hour.

assuming the train stayed the same speed the whole way through, and were just talking about the front of the train entering then exiting that tunnel, then one hour.

You didn't say if it was per hour, but if it was per hour than it would take the train 1 hour to get thru the tunnel!!!That was way too easy!!!
