One thing to do is not to starv ur self because you lose you motabolism.. basicaly. you lose ur weight much in a longer period of time

i;m a wrestler so i know what i'm talkin bout. eat smaller meals each meal have an apple because you gain no weight from them drink mad water but if you drink you have to run cause that can gain weight but you lose it if you run. do not starve your self that gains even more weight alot more
