vocelli's pizza, i always get the supreme..x-cheese, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olive, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, ham. i like it when we first get it but ...i think all pizza is better the next day heated back up on the grill. then my second favorite pizza place is called Di'Carlos. its a local pizza place. you can buy pizza by the slice or in a tray(20 slices) its a very thin crust, and they bake the crust add a little sauce put back in the oven till the sauce is warm, then they pull it out of the oven and put the cheese and pepperoni on, then if you want anything else it comes on the side. its really cool. there are only two people who work there. you walk in...up to the counter (no place to sit and eat there) you yell how many slices with what...and the one person, cooks the crust and slices then the other person put the cheese and stuff on then takes your money. its a local tradition. any time some one comes from out of town, every body makes sure they eat there.

Ok, I'm not sure if your familiar with this area because I don't know where you live, but theres this pizza place in Hermosa Beach..I think its called, "New York Pizza" and its soooo good! The crust is thin, the sauce is yummy, and the cheese is to die for! Or theres this other place that's good, its called "Bonello's" its a little Italian restaurant by El Camino College. hehe :)

What I grew up on~ Taylor MI: Pia's. It's a perfect mix of spicy sauce and crust. We only get Pep and Mush. In Lincoln Park MI: Vito's. It's a aquare pizza. The crust is heavy so you can only eat so much and know it'll keep expanding in your tum tum but it's sooo good. A sweeter sauce and we only get cheese but it's like a half pound per piece. lol
For home delivery, I am seldom let down by Domino's. Though, I know a lot of people who can't stand them. The sauce and crust are perfect no matter what toppings.

A lot of people may scoff at those of us who mostly stick to the national chain companys, but I really do prefer Papa Johns or Dominos over a so called "gourmet pizza"

Ciros if I'm taking the kids. Serritellas Red Devil if its just my husband and me. Why: the pizza is good and its not factory made. Serritellas because its pizza with style and romance.

Domino's although it really isn't a "pizza place" per se.

I like them because they just taste good. I used to work there for like 6 years. I still never got tired of it.

Peace and axle grease,
Jon
