His daughter brought it over here where me and my husband live because she said it was his. (she wouldnt know what it is either, except a doctors bill)

Any ideas, he is really secretive!!!!!

You would need to ask your husband. Pathology is the results of testing on tissues or body fluids so without more information, there is no way to even guess what was being tested.

Ask him. Whatever it is, he needs to be upfront with you about it, especially if it is something that could potentially endanger your health. I would make and keep a copy of it, if he does not wish to discuss it with you let him know that you will be seeking legal advice...and let him wonder what you mean by that! Don't forget, whatever tests were run will (or should be) detailed on the bill, you can always look them up yourself on WebMD (the path lab most likely will not discuss any of this with you in detail, even though you are his spouse). If there are no details on the bill, you could try calling the lab and ask for an itemization of which tests were run, and say that your ins company requires that information.

Pathology is a report on body tissue or fluid. It tells what the specimen is made of. It would not be used to diagnose a disease such as aid, hepatitis, or even a sexually transmitted disease unless it were perhaps herpes. (Burst a blister and get a pathology report).

I would be worried about his health vs why he kept this from you. Often a pathology report is needed to verify cancer.

Be concerned deeply, rather than worry about him hiding something from you!

a pathology report= what is it? For instance if he had a biopsy (a small fragment of tissue cut from an organ such as the liver).

The pathology report would tell what is it? Cancer cells present or just plain liver tissue?

What kind of pathology test was it? Was it anatomical, clinical or molecular? Anyways...it's a test to check for diseases or cancer.

Could be anything. But whatever it is you should let him know that you know and ask him to be honest with you.
