First, back off. He can't help that he has had a past with other girls. On the other hand if he is still very friendly with these girls you have a bit of right to be jealous. Talk to him and tell him how you feel. At least then he will understand where you are coming from.

First sit down and tell him how you truly feel, no fighting or yelling involved, tell him that you can't help the way you feel but these are the feelings you have and that you want to work together to get them to go away. Listen to everything he says. If he says he wants nothing to do with her then believe him, he isn't with her he is with you and you also need to remember that. If he has never given you a reason to believe that is something still between then, then you need to trust him and believe what he tells you.. Remember make the no yellling, fighting, screaming etc rule with him before you sit down and talk. Talk from your heart not your jealous. Good luck to you.

i like to not think of myself as a jealous person but my boyfriends past bugs me sometimes too. i try and think of it like this...i can either trust him and realize that everything happened in the past and needs to stay there or i can get mad and start fights and accuse him of things and make everything worse. its hard to just let it go but if you want to be with him you HAVE to do it. think of it this way, how do you feel about your ex(s)? most likely they are all buried in your past and you dont think of any of them the same way anymore. try to relax and trust him a little more, and unless you have some hard proof that he still wants his ex give him the benefit of the doubt. this is going to take some time and a lot of mental work but its worth it.

I know the feeling. You're not alone, sister.
Get him to talk about how he feels about YOU. If you're yelling and fighting, he's going to possibly like you less. Try hard to make him like you, then he won't even WANT the ex. Trust me...this should work....I hope. lol

Jealousy will get you no where....Find books on jealousy or go see someone if you can afford it....Many people have split up over jealousy!!! It doesn't get anyone anywhere but out!!!! the guy gets sick of explaining his whereabouts, etc., I will not hang out with jealous people> Sorry to have to say this..but it's the truth.

The Best thing to do is eventually let your mind drop this. I had the same problems in the reverse and don't care anymore. It takes time/security in the relationship.

First and foremost tell him how u feel about him and make him understand where u are coming from. Spend more quality time with him so he falls in love with u and no one else.

you talk to him about how you feel or it will get worse and you will lose him, explain to him that you are just jealous, get him to reassure you if you need it.
