Sushi, salmon skin roll with pickled plum paste in particular. Sushi common in CA but favorite roll mmm uncommon.

I love veal parmesan and pasta, or meatballs and spaghetti ,
or pork, sausage and beef with homemade sauce and pasta , or
seafood with fettucine in a marinada sauce. Its Italian but tastes
very good homemade here in the USA

Well I have a lot of favorites, but my two main ones are:
The beanwich: A croissant with eggs, diced green chile, and cheese.
Enchiladas: with chicken, and green chile and cheese

i like the white sugar cake in sf, i guess you can find it in chinatown, don't think it's too common with the rest of the US
