Well, just take a pan and add some oil to it and place the meat whether the ground beef or the pork chops. Both of them need to be cooked until they are no longer pink. For the ground beef keep stirring, and make sure to season both meats. The pork chops cook on one side and then turn them so both sides get evenly cooked. Add whatever seasonings you want, to the ground meat you can add whatever veggies you like or sauce.

Ground beef: Take the beef out of the package and season it. Then, take a frying pan, take a little bit of oil (a cap full). It could be vegetable oil, soy, olive, whatever you like. Then, put it in the pan once it is nice and hot, lower the heat. Cook til done.
Pork chops: You could bread them and then put them in the oven. (Toaster oven works well, too) You could flour them, season them and fry them.
You can put them in the oven with some brown gravy (can or packaged, just add enough water to cover) and there you have it.
There are a slew of other ways of cooking it, but, I hope these few suggestions help!

You need a good cook book. There are untold numbers of them, but I really like Fanny Farmer (don't laugh, it is a real cook book), Betty Crocker and Better Homes and Gardens. Each of these cookbooks comes in paperback to save money, and are easily understood by beginners and pros, alike.
Or, get familiar with a few quality recipe websites. I like www.allrecipes.com, and here are links to 2 pages of recipes, one for ground beef and the other for pork chops. There are literally thousands of recipes for each of these items.
Another good website is www.foodtv.com. This is the site based on the popular food network. You can search these sites for recipes using any ingredient.

I can't believe you are serious, but just in case: you have already been given some good answers, but you really should invest in a good basic cookbook.
