At sexual maturity. Making a rule to protect people until they are sexually mature has been a real challenge for all sorts of governments. Most have an age limit because there's no readily available method for testing someone for sexual maturity.

Depends on the country she is living in. It is when they are cosidered to be mature enough to make the decision to have sex, and protect them from men and boys, it's a deterent to stop them having sex with young girls as they would be breaking the law.

When they're ready and they care about the guy. I was 18, but I would have 'allowed' MYSELF to do it before then if I'd met someone earlier.

well i have a daughter and i think she she wait till she gets married and im hoping she will have her life together (college, career) before i hear wedding bells. i say about 22-25 years old

age isn't the problem...you should be allowed to have sex whenever you feel like you're ready for it...it's your body and you're decision
