about 1 year old gas with oil.

It wont run in my weedeater or chain saws.

Do NOT run it though your weed-eater or chainsaw... mixed gas is only good for 90 days or so given the way most people store mixed gas. After 90 days the gas starts to change (it will start to smell like varnish). Yard equipment (saws/weed-eaters etc.) all have super high speed motors and really delicate carburetors that are really expensive to fix/service. burn it or dispose of it (but not in a motor)

If its bad your truck wont run on it and they or the law in the USA must be a place in your area were you can git rid of it safely call the city

If it is only a year old, I would use it in a two cycle engine, such as a weed wacker. If you live in an urban area, offer it to a landscape crew, they will use it!

Call your local recycling center and ask them where and when they accept hazardous fluids. If they don't, then try the local auto parts store and see if they have a recycling bin for this mix.

most metropolitan areas have a hazardous waste drop -off site, usually free ofr lightbulbs, paints, cleaning fluids etc.

City or County dump usually has places for it.
Sometimes only on specific days.

Burn it!
