Everyone says "God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and STEVE!" Heck i've even said it before. It's an attempt to say, since God made it that way, that's the way it was meant to be. But! When God made them, he also made them naked. So does that mean we should stop using that arguement?

no he made them perfect with out sin, so they didnt even have a concern about being naked just as animals don't know or care, but when sin entered the world they became aware of nakedness and the thought that some with it. so God gave them clothes. by the way this has nothing to do with the argument at all.

God made Adam and Eve without clothes, and later covered them because of their sin. God did not make Eve become Steve. So God made man and woman for each other, and God put clothes on them. Both are the way it should be.

I don't follow your logic. They ate the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and realized they were naked and were ashamed, so they clothed themselves, (right?).
God made animals in male and female so that they could multiply and continue to exist for Adam to eat. God only made Eve because Adam was lonely and asked for her. So, my thinking is that, if Adam hadn't asked for a companion, we'd all be non-existent and there'd be more animals than Adam could've ever eaten. When Eve was created, God was only following the balance of male and female that had already been used.

Instead of looking for minor logical flaws in the Adam & Steve argument, look at the big picture. Is Adam & Steve a real argument, or just something that look good on a poster? Leviticus condemns homosexuality (maybe - I know a theologian who thinks it doesn't), but the rest of the Bible barely mentions it.

Jesus didn't crusade against homosexuality, but he did condemn rich people on almost every page of the Gospels. So the next time a minister in a big car shouts something about Adam & Steve, ask yourself, "who exactly is the sinner here?"

Excellent observation. I always respect people who think like this. The devil's in the details indeed. I also think Adam was into bestiality since the Creator gave him animals and Adam was not satisfied, so the he made him a woman. And I find it most insulting that the Creator gave Adam animals first and only later a woman. Fortunately the Serpent descended into the material plane to open their eyes, so they may notice the scam of being held as naked prisoners.

There is no flaw in the Adam and Eve statement; thats the way God made them (man for the woman and woman for the man).
Naked or clothed it's still male and female.

emphasis on the "demanding." Why won't be able to they factor to scriptures like Genesis 18:sixteen-19:29, Ezekiel sixteen:40 8-50, Jude 7, Romans a million:26-27, a million Corinthians 6:8-10, Colassians 3:5-6, and a million Timothy a million:9-10 quite than combating like playground toddlers and spewing lies like, "God hates fags," or that he's happy while they die (i.e. the Westboro Baptist Church). If that have been actual then Ezekiel 18:23 and 18:32, John 3:15-17, 2 Peter 3:8-9, and Romans 8:31-39 might would desire to be fake. :/ enormously demanding...no longer humorous

A better argument against it is this: God made Adam and Eve, but God also made gay people. Since God made it that way, that's the way it was meant to be!

Well the flaw is homosexeuls have a smaller hypo thalamus and are born that way. it is a medical fact that can not be denied therefore God made them that way therfore the whole adam and eve thing is ridiculous because there is a person who God has made standing in front of you. The first thing Hitler did was kill anyone who was born differant. Show me your freinds and ill tell you what you are.

God made women to be with men, in the begining there was no sin, until sin came along, adam and eve were not ashamed of their selves, after they disobeyed God is when they opened their eyes to shame, i mean i don't think that we are meant to walk around naked, i mean look at today's society, every woman is looked at as a sex object, i wouldn't walk around showing my stuff for anyone but my husband
