Generally it is considered unhealthy to loose more than two pounds per week. With four weeks in a month, you should not try to loose more than eight pounds in a month. I'd be inclined to think that your goal is probably unreasonable, and/or unhealthy.
Setting an unreasonable goal is bad, because when you set yourself up for failure, you usually fail. Also, we tend to set the same kinds of goals out of habit, and having a habit of setting yourself up for failure would eventually make you feel like a looser. Then you'll start giving up before you even try.
Setting one or two unhealthy goals probably won't kill you, but making a habit of it will shorten your life span, and I don't want that to happen, because you look great, and I want a bigger picture of you, but it would probably take a looser like me (I tend to set unreasonable goals) about a million years to convince you to give me one.
I probably won't be able to convince you that you don't need to loose any weight, but I suggest starting off a little slower, by loosing 4-8 pounds in a month. You're young yet, and summer's long. Besides, it's better to look good at the end of summer, because you'll want to stay looking that good the rest of the year.
Loosing 4-8 pounds in a month: diet and exercise.
DIET: Eat a little of everything. Eat a little less fatty meat and doughnuts. If you want chocolate, get a hershey kiss, not a chocolate pie. Don't eat until you're full, just eat until you're satisfied. If you're always feeling hungry, you'll want to quit the diet. If you're dieting too much, you'll be too hungry to sleep.
EXERCISE: Walk, run, and swim to burn a lot of fat. Walking and running also help your legs look nice. Swimming tends to distribute the fat you have in a more even patten, closer to your skin, which makes you look smoother. Do sit ups and crunches to get a better belly.
With decent legs and a nice belly, no one in their right mind will think you look fat. Once you've gotten these basics, try some of those silly leg lift things. Supposedly they make your legs look really nice, but they hardly burn any fat at all.

I dont think its possible for u to lose that much in a month but to start off. start doing cardio every other day. walk and jog for an hour.

you should eat healthy and exercise more often.
exercise doesnt always mean running and stuff. u could play dance dance revolution or dance. do something fun that you like where you move too
