listen to other people they are absolutly right. U just have fat that u need to get rid of. its impossible for spot reducing so u have to work ur whole body. u have to run in the morning with out eating any carbs. who said told u stop wearing them....if u dont mind listening to other ppl making fun of u. just run most of the time.. and run more in every session, but start off with what u can handle. if u are determine u will look great in no time.
good luck.

You move your arms while running thats probably where she got that from.

Try running ot lifting weights... maybe if you get your arms slimmer it will go away, also that machine in the gym.. i think its called the butterfly press for your arms im not sure.. but its where u have your hands in an 'L' shape and then meet them together.

If you dont want to go to the gym you can do the same exercises with free weights
Good luck and tell your mum to lay off it a little . Cheers.

Targeting weight loss is a myth. You can reduce your bodies 'fat level' only thru diet and exercise.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person’s weight and height. BMI is a reliable indicator of body fatness for people. BMI does not measure body fat directly, but research has shown that BMI correlates to direct measures of body fat, such as underwater weighing and dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA).1, 2 BMI can be considered an alternative for direct measures of body fat. Additionally, BMI is an inexpensive and easy-to-perform method of screening for weight categories that may lead to health problems.

Everyone has that.

Yeah, it's fat. Sorry. Most people have them at least...some little folds and some big. If you want to get rid of them then workout on those muscles. Lose weight. I used to have those and I lost some weight and they're just normal little folds now.
