If someone has strong moral values it would be easier for that person to be a leader than a hypocrite. I say this because if a person actually cares about ethics the person wouldn't like himself very much if he were to break his own moral code.
However, if someone doesn't care that much about morals in the first place, it would be easier for him to be a hypocrite.

It is far easier to be a moral hypocrite, than it is to be a moral leader. Many people who claim to be moral leaders, are truly moral hypocrites.

moral leader. being a hypocrite is easy unless you really believe in something. what comes to mind is a Preist. That maybe quite hard to be.

Both actually. You can become a leader, and if you don't watch what you do, you end up becoming a hypocrite real fast. It's true, it's happened to me sadly.
