LOOK AT BASEBALL, PHRASES , ANOTHER BATTER IN THE HOLE, 1ST BASE, 2ND BASE, 3RD BASE. AREN'T THESE ALL TERMS USED SEXUALLY? MEN ARE ON THE FIELD GRABBING THEIR CROTCH AND PATTING EACH OTHERS BUTT ,THEN THEY GO IN AND TAKE SHOWERS TOGETHER AND SNAP TOWELS. ARE THEY SIMULATED AFTER ALL THE GYRATIONS OF THE GAME AND SHOWER? The ancient Greek olympic games were full of homos. It was very trendy and any athlete who was anything was gay. They often competed completely naked BTW. You know that image of the guy throwing the discus, do you see any clothes? Well it's like that. So it appears to be a tradition.

No, I do not think that same sex sports has anything to do with homosexuality. Men and women have been playing same sex sports for years. Homosexuality did not used to be a big issue as it is now.
I personally feel that for the most part, homosexuality is a trend, so and so sees others do it and they think that they should do it too.

no, i don't think it should be banned. homosexuality is something deeper than just sports. that's like saying just because a guy watches two males holding hands in a tv show, he'll go right out there and want to become gay.
and if this nonsense about homosexuality and same sex sports is true, how do you explain all of the gays/lesbians who don't play any sports or even watch them?
please, just take your narrow-minded views and leave.

I truly believe that there should be separate locker rooms for gays and that there should be separate sports and a Gay Olympics and A Lesbian Team or Homosexual event just like I believe that they should be allowed to fight for this country and to serve this country and willingly be allowed to represent the gay community rather than have to hide their sexualality. If A Gay man or Woman joins the military he should not be allowed to enter the male or female locker room just like men can't enter the women's and shouldn't be permitted in the gay ones as well. If they would distinguish themselves by wearing something that states they are gay then I have no problem with it because then I can make a choice if I want to associate with them or not. The Races of America did not have this choice because they were automatically discriminated against because their difference was seen. I do not care for the gay lifestyle and do not have gay friends but I see no reason why they can not enjoy the rights to life as individuals just because I do not wish to associate with them. I would deny them no right to sponsor their own games but I would deny them the ability to participate BOTH WAYS. Sorry it is not right for any one to be allowed any benefit over any one else based on preference or choice. I believe too that gays solicit membership into their society and that they do try to gain this advantage by pushing their sexual preferences upon the young. BUT ANY CRIME AGAINST THE YOUNG IS WRONG AND CAN NOT BE TOLERATED! If you are gay and that is your lifestyle of choice stand by it but do not expect to be admitted into a men's room where I would feel uncomfortable undressing in front of you.

The terms 1base 2base and 3base came from baseball because idiots wanted to name it from a sport so they chose baseball because most people like baseball more than football and thats a lame idea removing same sex sports.

and why sudn't one get turned up by same sex person? And the problem of same sex attraction is just too much hype in west.. we don't have much problem in asia not in Indian sub-continent atleast.. same sex people hang around and do much more stuff(not sex or any lewd activities) together than opposite sex as friends or acquaintances.

I think that all homosexuality anything should be banned. I don't hate the people but I hate the sin. God states in Leviticus and other places that homosexuality is wrong. They parade around with their little gay pride days it makes me sick...
