It will be informational mainly and he will tell you that your sincere decision is important and ask if you have any questions.

So do not be anxious. I would write a list of questions, no matter what you think they sound like, for him to help you answer. the more information for you, the better. So do not be afraid to ask a question that you feel is silly or common knowledge. That is his job and he will be supportive. He will not be judgmental or disrespectful to your questions if he is a man of God. So think and be prepared to make him think and process the understanding of what is expected of your decision.
God Bless and good luck.

Be sure and take your checkbook or credit card. He'll expect a "love gift" for his services.

You are having a meeting about an event not scheduled to occur for nearly a year? Maybe he wants a substantial 'love gift" for his services.

I've been to lots of baptisms, but I've never heard of having a meeting a year in advance.

He probably wants to make sure that you are a Christian, and wants to go over the requirements before baptism.

Him will ask you about your faith in God. and your understanding of baptism. your understanding of Jesus Christ. He might correct or talk to you about any misunderstandings. He will probably ask you to take a short Bible course to help you. He will probably also speak to you about church membership. Its nothing to worry.
