I agree. the companies that hire them should be punished not the poor people that just want food on their tables. but shame on the presidents of all those countries were illegal immigrants come from because they dont do anything to stop the problems they have in their countries and no wonder why people leave their countries trying to find a better life for their families.

human rights and being treated fairly overlap, but are not the same thing. I just read that 80% of Americans want illegals deported, but our leaders will not authorize the 500 billion (according to Arnold) expense to do that. Would you call that both unfair and a human rights issue? I don't think so.
Protecting your country against a slow steady invasion against a border's country belief that your land belongs to them and will reclaim it over time isn't even an immigration issue, it's a home security issue. Now, you wouldn't call people racist and inhuman for protecting their borders against this, would you?
Like I've said before, our jobs went overseas in retail and service, and we said oh well. But our citizenship shouldn't be for sale. I hope companies that sell us out for cheap immigrant labor are forced to stop, boycotted, legislated, whatever it takes to get our jobs, and our citizenship restored. What else are we going to give away without a fight?
If you believe that Americans are giving away jobs they don't want I believe that is brainwashing and a slap in the face to strong work ethic Americans. Everytime you give a menial job to anyone, washing you car, lawn, etc., that's not an illegal alien proves once again the business of America is business and people want to work to take care of themselves and their families. What you unwittingly have created is a class of people that have preference over jobs that other American's could use, and even be proud to work at from bettering themselves to the sky's limit.
Can you imagine an American wanting a landscaping job and not getting it because he's legal?? It goes far beyond landscaping, and even into the government investing in their success because they are illegal at your tax dollars expense and inability to compete with that.

Of course I believe in human rights, and think everyone should be treated fairly. I have nothing against the illegal immigrants--they come here to get work, and send money home to their families. There is nothing wrong with that - and they are not taking away any jobs that Americans want, anyway.
I agree that it's the company owners and "sweatshops" that should be punished.

Every foreigner who visits any country, does so on a temporary visa.If that person does'nt leave the host country before the expiration of thier visa then that person becomes an illegal alien.Should a person for whatever reason enter a country without documentation, then that person is an alien.Surely the people who hire these aliens are the real culprits.

A rule does not apply to all then it should apply to none! Due to greed and control we live in a fiscal (money based system) society that rewards and promotes the ill treatment of people for gain.
The ones who have power/control don't care about you, me or these illegal immigrants, so unless the majority of people united with an alternative nothing will change and most likely get worse.

She is meant to inform you what you're doing incorrect, and it probable will humiliate you. yet when she's merely declaring that you're terrible and that your piano instructor is merely too, then that is not appropriate. confer jointly with her about it after classification and clarify that you do not sense that she has the right to inform you that your piano instructor is undesirable or inform you that you're pathetic. Your dancing may be, yet you at the instantaneous are not. also, piano and ballet are 2 thoroughly quite a few issues. playing piano may help you get time measures on your head, 3/3 for waltz's, extra effectual than the different students, yet that would not make it any extra effortless that you need to execute the right steps to the song.

I don't think anyone should squat on American soil, living illegally. Illegals take American jobs and get health care and other necessities that working Americans like me cannot even get. Only people living here legally should be treated fairly. Anyone else shouldn't be here or get a damn thing. The old 'melting pot' has now become a dangerous, over-populated problem we don't need.

Of course everyone should be treated fairly ... and of course companies who knowingly hire illegal aliens, or people with false documentation, should be punished ... I don't know where you're going with your question though ... do you mean that people who apply LEGALLY are not fairly treated??

You are absolutely right about the people who hire illegal immigrants. I do NOT, however, believe in human rights for EVERYBODY. As far as I'm concerned, child killers and molestors have lost their right to ANY humanity.

Fairness if reserved for those who play fair in return. Those who try to buck the line do not deserve the same fair treatment as those who are following the rules. Why is that so hard to comprehend?
