the adult human mouth is supposed to have 32 teeth. 12 of them are molars which include the wisdom teeth or the third molars. now if you are in between- and have both 'baby' teeth and adult teeth- it gets complicated but for sure you'd be too young for the 3rd molars to be showing up

Your wisdom tooth is called the "third molar", so I'm guessing you have three molars on each side of you mouth, so that would be a total of 12. When and if you get your wisdom teeth taken out you will have roughly 8 molars.

On each side of your mouth, you will have (if all is normal) up to 3 molars. This includes your wisdom teeth, but some people (like me) are congenitally missing these. You should also have 2 premolars. They kind of look like a smaller version of your molars. Then, moving forward, you'll have 1 canine and 2 incisors. That describes one quadrant of your mouth. If you have all of these teeth, times four (for four quadrants) you will have 32 teeth. This is for your adult teeth.

There are 12 molars, three in each quadrant of the mouth. Molars can generally be placed in two main catagories the Maxillary (Upper jaw) molars and the Mandibular (lower jaw) molars and three sub catagories, first, second and thrid molars, depending on their location in the mouth.
(2) Six year molar -Maxillary First Molar, Mandibular First Molar
Twelve year molar - Maxillary Secondary Molar
(2) Wisdom teeth - Maxillary Third Molar, Mandibular Third Molar
Mandibular Secondary Molar

Usually adult teeth number 1-32. Sometimes people have more or less depending on their genetic make-up. Some people can have all four wisdom teeth, some none at all. Depends on the individual.

You will have eight molars when they are all in. After that you will have four wisdom teeth when they all come in.
