That depends, does he have nice eyes or a cute face, are a sexy personality, then it doesn't matter. DEAL WITH IT. WORK WITH IT. There are lots of hot bald guys. Bruce Willis, Chris Daughtry from American Idol and the list goes on and on.

Not at all. The voice and eyes are what I zero in on first, then personality. Hair is never a thing to notice. The ONLY time hair is a turnoff to me is when somebody does the "combover" or wears a cheap toupee.
The turnoff with those means the man has no confidence in himself. (not the look in particular)

Nope. As long as he has a personality. Who you are inside is more important than who you are outside. If a woman turns away because of thinning hair then you don't want her. She's superficial.
Just don't do the comb-over thing. That's so gross. Keep your hair in that area cut neatly.
Bleh! Comb-overs! Bleh!

Only if he combs what hair he has left on his head over his receding hairline. A balding man looks distinguished and seasoned. I think it is rather attractive and I am 37.

my hair is thinning and receding, i personally believe it comes from thinking to much, my brain tries to expand and pushes all the hair out :) and i'm only 23, its great, if i get asked for ID i can just take my hat off and they appoligise :)
I mean, i'm not going bald any tiem soon, but my level of thinning gives me an older and more knowledgable look.
(my hair goes back about as far as my avatar)
Anyone that you would want to spend the rest of your life with should like you for you, not for your hair, wich is going to fall out or go grey eventually anyway.

Not to me.
Some of the best looking men in my life had thinning hair. I thought it made them look sophisticated and more like a real man.
Just my opinion though.

Nope - Some girls find hair attractive, some find baldness attractive, most don't care one way or the other.

Absolutely not. Thin hair, thick hair and baldness all look fine to me.
