I was big procrastinator myself still am in some ways, but i always try to eliminate that problem by actually doing the things i need to do, and always go by this motto: "Procrastination always lead to bad results," which it really does. Lol i know it's not easy but try your best to eliminate that habit because that habit will get you nowhere lol:).

Make lists of everything you need to do each day. Then do as many of them as you can. Hint--make your goals small: take a shower, get dressed, leave the house, go to _____, clean the junk off my desk, make my bed, etc. If you do it that way, you'll have a lot of checked off items at the end of the day.

Impose a penalty. Do some community work such as picking up litter, on the under, and you will remember to quit half-stepping.
