Meat might possibly end up in sausages ( eeek,,,not so FRESH anymore then ) with additives and preservatives for profit, is this really true? What happens to excess meat that doesn`t get sold in time ( and fish ) I am thinking not only of butchers and fishmongers, but especially the " BIG 2" supermakets chains Coles & Woolworth`s, which are so after profit. Are they giving it away to charity organisations ?
