You just let go of something you was used to having kinda of leaving an empty spot. yes it is lonleyness but also normal. Find something to feel that space with a hobby or a pet or just find someone nice to talk to. It will pass soon i promise.

This is normal. Why not spend some time with some friends you might have not spent as much time with while you were liking this guy. A lot of us tend to do spend less time with the girls when we're with someone so why not hang out with your mates for a cheer up. Or do some of the things you've always wanted to do but didn't because you were too busy over this guy. Time will heal, don't worry. Be well.

Its normal especially when something bigger is bothering us...sometimes we need to give ourselves a "big treat" so that loneliness will go away...There are times I dont feel like hanging around with anyone and stare blank at the ceiling of my room until emptiness takes over all my thoughts...Those are the stages of our lives that we should meditate and focus on self improvement..I find it interesting 'though because those are the times when I can gather all my thoughts together and be with myself...

Don't worry too much about it that is normal as we grow toward or away from someone with your feelings, but if you continue to remain feeling isolated you should see your doctor because you could be depressed!
Try to change your habits in a positive way, like listening to uplifting music or being around cheerful people and see if that helps, goodluck!

Well, the guy was in your life and now he's not, so there is an empty spot. If you are actually by yourself in a big white room, get up, get out and do something, anything. Get up and get out anyway. You need to keep busy, otherwise your mind keeps whirling (well, my does anyway). Think positive thoughts, and think about all the guy you have yet to meet in your life. It's summertime, enjoy yourself.

i don't really understand what you mean by being in a big white room but um you're reaction is completely normal cause i've been through it too ... unless of course i'm just a tad bit strange too ... well anyway i'll suppose that what you're feeling is normal and sure, it may be loneliness cause you just stopped liking a guy that likes you ... might be hard on him when he finds out ya know?

Completely normal. Focus on yourself. Fill the big empty room with you. You'll find you are more attractive to other people when you quit worrying about them so much.

That's a very normal. Try not to think about it...keep busy. Tomorrow's another day. That really does help...thinking that way.

sounds pretty normal - maybe you are just ready to find a new guy and would like to start re-decorating the bland room all over again !
