Contact you doctor as soon a possible!!! If this behavior is out of character for her then something may be disturbed without causing a fever.
It's always better to be on the safe side... rather than the sorry!!!

I'm both a mother and a medical assistant in a family practice office and at 21 months old your child shouldn't suddenly be experiencing extreme fatigue and listlessness for no reason. You need to contact you childs doctor fever or not even if it's just for your own peace of mind. Could just be a growth spurt, but just to be sure I would contact the doc!

I would schedule an appt. with her pysician and discuss this with him or her. There could be a disorder but it could just be a faze too. Some kids hit growing spurts and it is completely normal. I would still discuss this with a doctor as soon as you can. just don't panic. Things will be okay. Best of wishes to you and your child.
And crutnacker speak for yourself. I think Losers was a bit harsh. If you feel that way I am sorry but maybe you should not be answering these questions and go somewhere else!

I have two daughters (4 and 19 months). It sounds to me like your daughter may be going through a huge growth spurt. I would definitely keep an eye on her temperature and also put a call into your pediatrician as well just to keep your mind at ease.

My child will "re-charge" once every 3 months or so, but it usually only last for 24 hours. You may want to call your pediatrician, just to make sure there isn't something other than the obvious symptoms that you should be looking for. Good luck!

Kids go through phases like that all the time. Like when my child was a newborn she would sometimes not want to go to sleep and other times sleep all day. But just to be sure visit her Pediatricion on Family Doctor.

You should take her to see her pediatrician. Kids that age are usually getting even more curious and active all the time. You say she passes out, literally? She faints? Get her seen right away! Some illnesses aren't as obvious as others.

I will take her to the doctor, because even if she has not fever or being feeling bad, sleeping too much its rare for a kid that age.

She's not having any fever and is alert? Leave it for a couple more days and if she's still the same, get her to the doctors'.
