He has very strong religious beliefs that being gay is a lifestyle choice and sinful. I believe in tolerance, and that passages in the Bible are open to interpretation. After watching Dateline Predators last night, he said that he feels it's unfair for the men to get arrested because the girls (age 12-15) wanted to have sex with them and were seducing them. I think these are children, and grown men should leave them alone. He said you can't help who you're attracted to. argh.

If you feel this will be an issue that can cause problems in a relationship, it would probably be a bad idea to stay together. I know you will have issues if you get married and have kids because you'll want to instill one set of beliefs in them, and he'll want another set of beliefs instead.

Well, if you have such divergent views on a lot of things, it could end up causing trouble down the road. Part of dating is trying to figure out if you're compatible.
