I think they need to be sensitive too. And hopefully not too arrogant/cocky.

I'm not completely sure, but surveys tend to show that the more educated you are, the "better" sex tends to be, in that more orgasms, more experimentation and so on.
However, I don't know if they *enjoy* it any more.
Maybe you need to define "better"?
