I don't even believe that people in the street are real. NPC's all of them. Why should I believe you're real

What is your class and level? Me, Paladin/Cleric, 40. Some NPC's are useful, like trading and crafting items.... and besides, most of the NPC's are dumb when you talk to them.

Because it leads to even more disturbing questions, like: If they aren't real, what are they? Hallucinations? Mirages? Holograms? Who's presenting you with these false images, and what else has been fraudulently placed into your sensory perception? If none of it's real, then why bother going through the motions? Are you real? Which parts of you? And even worse; what if it's all real!?

Whether other people are real or not doesn't matter much. Apparently you are stuck in this dream so you wouldn't want to piss off anyone otherwise it may become a nightmare.
