My grandmothers Home-Made Chicken Soup. She is getting up in age, and really does not cook much anymore, but back in the day, I would have walked over broken glass, on my knees just to have a bowl. It was the most flavorful chicken soup I ever had. She gave me her recipe, and I tried to make some.... But, it just was not the same! I think she must have had a secret ingredient to make it taste so good... I finally asked her. I said "Gramm, do you put a secret spice or something in your soup to make it as good as it is" She started to laugh, and said, "Yes there is something I add to just about everything I cook" Then she got this big smile on her face and said "the secret ingredient I always add is lots and lots of love" I will never forget that moment. Over the years I have become a pretty good cook in my own right, perhaps it is because I always add a little of Grandma's secret ingredient to everything I prepare.

A nice thick slice of meatloaf with glaze on top. Mashed potatoes on the side and another veggie side dish. I love meatloaf. You can make it however you want, whatever seasonings and additions you want. Plus, you just mix everything and put in the oven to cook, how easy.

Tuna Fish on toasted bread with a side of chicken noodle soup with apple juice.
My mom fed that (and still will) to make me well when sick, it is a tradition that carries on between my hubby and me. You have to dip the sandwich in the soup to get the experience, then have a drink of juice............going to make some now!!!!!!!!!!!!
