yes, Jesus is included in that commandment. Jesus and god are one. There is a thing that is called the trinity- god the father, god the son, and god the holy spirit

The name of Jesus is special and was given by God. It is as much an offence to swear in your mothers name, (you would be offended) then how much more God by using the name of Jesus.
Phi 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Act 15:26 Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The admonishment against using God's name in vain referred to people who invoke God to satisfy their egos or vanity.

You see them preaching on tv, hear them on radio, and they post lots of comments on Internet message boards. But, since they are spiritually blind and ignorant, they do not understand that they are not allowed to speak for God, nor are they allowed to use his name to satisfy their vanity.

Of course, most bible thumpers have never read the bible so they don't have a clue what the bible says or the commandments really mean.

It does not apply to Jesus.

If Jesus died, he could have been God.

Do Gods die?

If Jesus 'died' on Friday and 'undied' on Sunday, what else besides a few hours was sacrificed?

this concept makes no sense in western culture. you cannot take gods name in vain if you do not know the name of god. this is an african concept referring to the names of ancestors (spirits).
