No. The people who killed Jesus were Romans. He was executed under Roman by law by the Roman rulers of Judaica. There were no Americans hanging around the Middle East in Jesus's time, let alone African Americans.
Rome, the birthplace of Western civilization, was founded by (drum roll please) Italians. Big surprise, as Rome is located in Italy. The Etruscans, of course, came first, but they were from Italy also, and may have migrated from Asia Minor. The founding of Rome has nothing to do with Africa (unless, of course, you're going way back to the first human beings, who evolved in Africa. In that case, we are all Africans, but I think that's pushing it a bit, don't you?).
As for the "curse of Cain," the Bible never mentions what, exactly, that curse was. And, the Bible never states the Cain's descendents were marked or cursed, just Cain. Early rabbinical scholars interpreted the mark to be a set of horns, for example.

How old are you? 10? Your Book of Mormon might feed you that garbage, but The Bible does not say such a thing.
Cain had a mark placed on him - not so much a hint of that mark being a black man. That was a really over the top speculation with no foundation by the man who started that garbage.
Black people are not cursed, never have been. The human race as a whole was cursed because of the sin of Adam and Eve.., reaping the rewards of sin. The curse was not a color but having to toil and labor.
Joseph Smith was a brazen liar who had an ego problem as well as racist issues. He put a new gospel HIS gospel over that of Jesus Gospel. If you continue to follow Joseph Smith and his racist religion you follow him into hell.
I hate to be that blunt, but the only way to salvation is through Jesus Christ and HIS teachings. The Book of Mormon is at best work of Satan.

And for the record there were no "african americans" 2000 years ago. In fact there are only a couple thousand african americans today.

African Americans are Black people born in America of African origins. Black or Africans are blacks from Africa who happen to have dark skin. There is no such thing as African American in those days. They where called Hebrews or Israel or the children of Israel and they did not kill Yahshua known as Jesus, sin did.

For starters 2000 years ago they would not have been African-Americans because there was no America then, The Romans built Rome who by the way are from the Mediterranean area hence are not dark skinned but olive skinned. I am not religious but didn't the people of Judea kill Christ.
