Some car is currently blocking my driveway there's ppl inside
my dogs are barking like crazy and I want them to ge the hell out of my house whats my options rite now i dont wanna start a fight should i call the cops?

Well it is against the law in every state to block someone's driveway. I would call the cops and explain to them that there has been a car in front of your drive for... (Time) and could they please send someone out to make them move. They will then send someone out and you won't have to worry anymore. Make sure though to get their license plate number because if they leave before the cops come you can still report them and they will get a ticket.

you could always get into your car, put on your reverse, and make it apparent you want to back out. Then go around the block and come back, theyll most likely pull up to get out of your way. If that doesnt work, try just letting it go. If they arent bothering you. They probably wont be there long, if they are - call the cops!

Dogs bark. People in vehicles tend to move them. Unless you're expecting someone or you're going somewhere, they're not harming anyone or anything. You'll be asking for trouble if you call the cops and these people decide to get revenge. Patience Padawan.

If you have to go somewhere, get in your car and honk the horn.
If you just don't want them in your driveway, politely ask them to move.
If the people are as*es then call the cops.
If you don't want anyone to park in your driveway anymore, buy some orange cones to put at the end of your driveway.

Do you recognize anyone that's inside your house? It may be some people that one of your family members have invited. Call them and ask them if they brought anyone over. If not, you should call the police.

Put a heavy cone there so cars can't park there.

Go outside and in full view of the people in the car and pretend to write their registration number down. They will soon move on. I have done this on occasion and it works for me. Best of luck.
