I do not understand the question, please elaborate.

ETA: Do you mean he cuts classes? Like skips them? I don't know if you can help him unless you do his homework for him. :(

How long has he been doing this? I would take action as soon as possible.

First, I would talk to him. Tell him about alternatives to cutting such as waring a rubber band around his wrist and if he feels like cutting, then snap it, writing out poetry, ect. And if that doesn't do much good then I would do one of the following things:

(1.)You could talk to your school councilor, she can probably help him get help for his cutting problem.

(2.)You could also call a suicide hotline. I've got quite a few numbers that I'll put on my source list for you.

Don't worry about him getting angry with you for "telling on him". Explain to him that you care for him alot and did it only because you care.

Cutting can be a very dangerous thing. It's great that you are wanting to help him out. That makes you a good friend. :)

Tell his parents and the school counselor. Plus try talking to him in private about his problem and listen to him. It helps to have a supportive friend so let him know that you care and you are willing to listen and won't judge him for being open about his problems, whatever they might be.
This is serious, so do not be passive about your decision.

Let him know that while you do not like the fact that he is harming himself, you are not rejecting him. Offer him alternative to cutting, such as calling you or writting, or anything else he finds to relieve stress.

Also, try to convince him to talk to his parents and begin to see a counsler. But dont go behind his back and talk to his parents yourself.

Oh...like cuts himself. He needs therapy because he needs to deal with the underlying reasons why he does that. Get him to talk to a counselor at school.
