My child swallowed a nickel by some weird accident at school and they freaked!! They had me come pick my child up. I called the doctor and she said as long as my child could breathe and that it was'nt stuck in the throat it would be passed in a day or two. She told me to take my child right back to school which I did. Call your doctor with your concerns. I don't know if a penny is different then a nickel if swallowed.

It will usually pass through his system within the next 2 or 3 days. If not, call your doctor and buy a penny bank.

My daughter swallowed one when she was 3.. She was and is fine! My 3 year old said she swallowed one the other day... Why they do this I will never know! I tell them all the time NOT to put money in their mouths... Very dirty! He will be fine just make sure it made it all the way down so he doesn't have trouble breathing.

Frontline (a million, I particularly have in no way had a dogs this wasn't sensible on and that i've got fostered 2 dozen dogs) Revolution (2, i in my opinion like 3-in-a million treatments for heartworms and fleas/ticks. i've got had great effects with this product) Advantix (3, good, yet some dogs have not responded to boot to this treatment) benefit (4, comparable motives as above) Flea 4x (I have not have been given any journey with this one)

Take them to the doc. The copper in the penny can be harmful. The doctor would proably say that it would pass, but I'd check with him to be sure.

I swallowed a hair barrette when I was about 18 months.
My mom took me to the doctor. He said it would come out.
Just watch for it because you need to know when it comes out..
Call the doctor to see how long he thinks it would take. Then if it hasn't come out by then, call him back.

It'll pass through his stool in a couple of days at most. If it doesn't, take him to the doctor. But for now, get ready for him to be a litte fussier than normal with something so big working its way through his insides.

Be thankful that he didn't choke on it, keep a closer eye on your loose change, and wait for it to pass. It will.
