i know this is a dumb question but is there some way that i can be more athletic?

i always get tired when running unless im having alot of fun and i dont usually like running

Just practice!

you need to work on getting yourself a little fitter, a little stronger and a little more flexible and balanced - when combined these will make you more athletic

try then to maybe run 3 times a week and vary how you ran - do one longish slow run, one intervals - sprint-jog-walk and one in a park maybe sprinting and jumping etc

do a yoga or pilates session for balance and flexibility

maybe do 2 sessions a week in the gym to improve strength

and once a week play something like flag touch or basketball where a lot of skills are needed


give yourself 3 months and I bet your ahtletic ability has gone way up!

if not - well your body will look great from all the exercise!

Join a sports recreational team. You can practice with you team and become more athletic. Also, do cardio exercises that increase your fitness and sports-specific exercises to help you become more athletic in your sport/activity. You can join a basketball or baseball camp for example.

It's a lifestyle change -- you just need to find an activity you really love, and make it a priority to be consistent. After a while you won't know how you lived without it.
