Ancient Egyptians painted themselves on rock as non- black back to 3000 bc. So there is no reason to think Palestinians were ever black. The bible is rather mysterious about Mary Magdalene. The gospels are written as though readers know all about her. so they don't explain the relationship. But she must have felt very close to him if she was going to anoint his battered body dead for two days. Still, if the two were married, she would certainly have been referred by the gospels as, "wife of Jesus."

Jesus would not have been black, nor was he white. Being from the middle easr, Jursulum. He was for one a Jewish hebrew man who would more then likely be classified as Middle Eastern. Jewish costume of the time of Jesus defines a fathers duty to provide a wife for his son. Jesus's father may vary well have approved Mary as a wife, and the wedding Jesus preformed his first mirical at could vary well have been his own. We also have to remeber that mary Magdoline was not the prosititute in the bible, her name was added by church officals who tired to find a non-marrage reason for Mary to be with Jesus and the desiples. It's difficult to know for sure becouse the modern bible is not the whole bible, the church has indeed edited and changed to fit the needs of the church officals of the time. So we can only guess and assume what we want out of the infromation we have. Fiction dose take a crateive licence, as i'm guess we are talking about the DeVinci Code, but every fiction had a bit of fact.

Jesus was a Jew. And it depends on how you define Love. Jesus Love Mary Magdalene just like He did everyone else

Jesus was born to a hebrew family. His mother was hebrew, and his "adopted father" (Jospeh) was a hebrew man who could trace his lineage to the house of King David (the guy who killed Goliath). That's a big deal. Or at least, it was back then.
If Jesus was black, that would pose some problems as far as cultural acceptance goes, but Biblically and historically, the consensus is that Jesus was Jewish.
As for falling in love with Mary Magdalene... he loved everyone.
And even if you don't believe that, the records of their interactions, she referred to him as "Rabboni" meaning "Teacher". She may have had a romantic interest in him, like a school girl crushes on her favorite teacher. Or she may have had what psychologists call a "platonic crush" admiring traits in someone at a very high level. But Biblically, he brought her out of a life that was hurting her. She in return, loved him, (Biblically) in a non-sexual way.

yup .. and yup .. it's in the bible.

also .... regarding answer down below ... perhaps it was Mary Magdalene who "brought jesus back to life" in the tomb .... certainly her love affection and sexual attention for jesus could have made that less of a stretch as a "miracle" ....

Seems to be a common theme with the answers and the "skin" color of everyone avatar.lol. Anyway, read the bible and come up with your own answer. What does his skin color matter? If you receive him as your savior then that's all that matters.
