I think about both my mother and father and how I miss them, then try to do something in their memory.

8. If you live miles apart and can only call Dad, commit to a fun light-hearted conversation. Complaints, problems, physical ailments, money issues -- talk involving any of these topics is off-limits.
9. Wives, don’t ask "Honey does this make me look fat?"
10. What chores does Dad always do? Pick one and do it for him.

Honor the man who "stepped in" to raise my daughter because her biological father never cared to. He himself was raised by his grandfather because his own father was never around, so that makes him even more special. Dinner, a present, and hugs from us along with a special card.

Nothing. I go and tell my father on father's day what a lousy drunk he is( because its true), but I don't buy him anything because he doesn't deserve it!

I feel sad because both my father and my Fiancé's father are dead. No grandfathers for our kids.

Ask my dad to fix something broken at my house or in my car...he loves fixing stuff...and loves the excuse to come over and drink tons of coffee (his new wife hates coffee and won't let it in their house.)
