okay umm i know a lot of people think i'm racist because i tried looking into the african american religion and culture. but my new theory that me and my friend (hes indian okay so i and him are not racist and black and white people took his land) made a new theory okay umm the new theory says that moses was part black

okay let me explain this theory. moses was a slave and black people were usually slaves to people of lighter colors like chinese (that is why theres a lot of africn americans in china). so umm i think that egyptians and romans were racist and put moses and jews in slavery.

also moses did magical tricks and things like turnign blood into water. And i saw the movie skeleton key okay. and in it it has black people doing voodoo and magic tricks similiar to that okay.

This isnt racist. Moses was african and tried to get jews out of egypt. if you disagree with this then i bet your a racist okay
umm by the way. i am having a birthday party online too in 2 weeks.

Skin color generally is generated from the geographical area you reside.

xm_wow, you sound like you attempt to know the Bible, but everything you say goes against it.
The movie Skeleton Key is just that- a movie. If you aren't old enough to understand that, you shouldn't be watching it.
Also, the Israelites were in Egypt for hundreds of years before Moses was even born. Therefore, Moses had nothing to do with them being enslaved.
Why would the Israelites want to be enslaved? They had a fine life before, anyway.
AND, FOR THE BILLIONTH TIME, EVERYONE IS SOMEWHAT RACIST, AND HAVING AN INDIAN FRIEND DOESN'T CHANGE THAT!!!!!
Please, don't use an Indian friend to cover up for rude, racist remarks.

How old are you? Is this a joke? Anyway, Moses as we all should no was Hebrew. Regardless whether or not he was from Egypt. He was simply adopted by Egyptians O.K. Now, as for his skin color - as dark as an East Indian with curlier hair. So was Jesus by the way how else could he and his family flee to Egypt without standing out like a fly in a sugar bowl.

well, i don't know if he was part black, most people from that region did not usually have blonde hair and blue eyes. they were of a darker skin type. i am white and think it funny when i see a picture of jesus as light haired and light eyed, he was born in the middle east and he was probably of a dark skin too. what does it really matter. egyptians are dark skinned but not nessessarily black although some of the pharohs were black nubians. many of the pharohs had harems full of women of all colors so i don't think they were really racist as more, "i'm a god, serve me". we are all the same under the skin so i say, "peoples is peoples!".
interesting theory though.

You and your friend have a flaw in your theory. Whites have been slaves to lots of darker-skinned people. And furthermore, Moses was never put into slavery. He merely led the Israelites out of Egypt.

Are you people totally ignorant? Moses was a Hebrew slave, a Jew. Jews were held in bondage in Egypt. They were freed and crossed the Red Sea which parted to let them escape. The Jews celebrate Passover each year to remember their deliverance from Egypt. Almost all Jews are white.

Moses (if he existed) was ethnically Hebrew, descendent from people who lived in the area that is now Israel, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq. His people were in slavery in Egypt at the time of his birth, so he was born there.
"Black" people are descendent from Sub-Saharan Africans. Egypt is not included in that, so even if Moses were Egyptian (which he was not), he would not be even remotely "black."
Your theory is wrong.

sure. moses was part black. unless someone can prove that he wasn't, i have no reason not to consider that possibility, or even imagine that it is more likely than not. if it makes you happy to think so, fine.

i don't think his slave-heritage proves it, for IF skin-color determined whether a person was enslaved or not, moses was raised a prince - taskmaster to slaves.

dunno' about african americans getting sold into slavery in china. i think you're a bit confused on that one. 91.9 % of the people in china are chinese. the other 8.1% break down like this:

Zhuang, Uygur, Hui, Yi, Tibetan, Miao, Manchu, Mongol, Buyi, Korean, and other nationalities 8.1%

people doing magic tricks in a movie that remind you of the old testament prove nothing. nice try, though.
