Need to seek medical attention -right away.This is Not something you can take care of at home-in the least it is a dental abscess and your dog is in EXTREME pain or the worst case scenario it has gotten into some type of acid,poison that has burnt its mouth possibly throat and stomach.I would race off to the emergency vet if this was my dog RIGHT AWAY!!!

Needs a vet check up, then a dentine bone available in supermarkets, or dried pigs ears available from pet stores.
