each,members of different community....however i have seen her on many occasions...i knew her by view and by name ,she didn't know me...but i love her please i still need help..there's a bit cutural barrier between us ...but i just love...and am always dreaming of making a couple with her.....please please please help me....i need your help am really sufffering....of her....

I don't see how we can help you. I guess we can only encourage you to approach her. Talk to her and become friends first, go out and if she likes you maybe you can become a "couple." Don't be scared to approach her just because you're from different cultures. Just be careful on the things you say to her, she could misunderstand you (because of the language barrier).

What is it that you need help with? The next time you see her, say hello, offer her a cup of tea or open a door for her. The smallest gesture can open the way for a conversation.

It sounds to me like you are way to obsessed with this lady, all I can recommend is try to get to know her, but be careful, if you come on toooo strong she will run screaming the other way. Good relationships start with friendship and work into more. Good Luck and take it slow.

if she is also a black english woman , you might have a chance but if she is white, it's unlikely.
i'm not so sure if african man can keep up with english woman's standards.
why don't you talk to her and be her friend first?
