Are lights any better than full flavor Cigs?

I know both are un healthy but should I switch, or does it really make no difference?

I recently saw a news report saying that they did a study on whether lights were more healthy than full flavour cigarettes and the result was they were the same. It is merely a marketing scheme to make you buy more because you 'think' it is healthier.

It is just like having the choice of getting beaten with a baseball bat or a hockey stick. Both are not good for you.

Lights are no better for you. It's a toxin that you are willingly putting into your body. Nicotine is a strong drug that is added to the tobacco product. Above the natural amount. The Cig Companies all admitted this to Congress! Why would you even want to give those scum another 4.00 for 20 cigarettes to make yourself sick? If your looking at what is best. Quit. You don't need the patches, gum and all the other crap out there. Also provided to you by same said people that Congress talked to.... That's so they get some more money out of you before you finally quit.

You should try the American Lung Association for help to quit. And no, it will not make any difference to switch. Good luck quitting, you will feel so much better when you succeed!! (Promise, I quit 2 years ago.)

No. The "dry" smoke is harder on the lungs, and there is a tendency to smoke more of them to make up for the lower nicotine contents for light cigarettes.

IT REALLY DON'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE, I SMOKED LUCKIES FOR 43 YEARS AND THE LIGHTS HAVE A LONGER FILTER AND IT'S HARDER TO DRAW SMOKE THROUGH THE FILTER. I QUIT 4 YRS AGO THATS WHAT YOU SHOULD TRY. I ENDED UP WITH EMPHYSEMA. AND I KNOW YOU DON'T WANT THAT, SOOOO IT'S TIME TO QUIT. GOOD LUCK

i am sure they are. but at any rate, if you smoke your going to wind up dieing a slow agonizing death. imagine not being able to catch your breath and nobody can do anything to help you. old smokers go through this every single day. i would say that it makes no difference. QUIT SMOKING!!!

lighting fixtures have a hoop of pin holes around the clear out, in case you choose finished style from a easy cover the holes along with your finger or tape or in case you choose lighting fixtures from an entire style stick some pin holes in it.

light or not light doesn't matter you should smoke American Spirit cigarettes they're a little pricy but more natural and better as "better" as a cigarette can be

No they are the same......actually the only difference is, is the thickness in the cotton (part that you put in your mouth) besides taht,,,they are exactly the same!!
