Crunches, Every night, up to 3000 per night. You might see a difference depending on your current state. But with everything excessive, there is always a drawback. It is not recommended to overwork any muscle.
You can do up to 300 crunches but alternate days, dont work abs every night. You want balance as well, so on those "no-abs" days work legs and arms. Lunges for legs 20reps, 3sets and Simulate Freestyle swim stroke for about 5 minutes. You may want to buy a muscle and fitness magazine. or SHAPE to assist in proper techniques to prevent injury and for efficiency.

I don't know what you look like, if you have any fat to lose or not, if you do, this will require some kind of cardio to work it off..Walking, jogging, stationary bike, etc.
To tone the abs, pilates is excellent, you can do crunches of course, but pilates will really challenge you and give you some great abs.

You could start by doing floor board exercises for abs..3sets 15 counts per set. then do a variation with bench leg raise for abs too, 3 sets 15reps each set. then gradually increase your reps per set.

I hear crack cocaine gives you impressive results in under 10 days.
You might also want to try the meth diet.
