Yes! It is possible for the DEALER to program your remorte to unlock all doors as a custom programs. However, YOU can not program it yourself.

If the car is new, the dealership may program this custom setting for free as a courtesy. Otherwise, they may charge a fee. My dealership custom set my Lexus at no charge.

Contact your local dealer and find out! http://lexus.com/lexus/jsp/pub/dealers/contact/dealer_contact.jsp

Just brought my new RX400H in for it's first service and they asked me if I was okay with the way the doors/locks were operating. I asked a bit more and he said he could change it for me, but since this was my 3rd Lexus I didn't think it was necessary. I like the security of it working once for drivers side and twice for all doors.

yes, its supposed to do it by itself, or you can go to ur local lexus dealer and ask them. It is definitly worth it if you can ONLY open the drivers side with the remote that supposed to open all of them.

No, it's for your safety. For that reason the default is your door only & click twice for all doors.

Believe me - there will be a time in a dark parking lot when your daughter has the car you'll be glad it's the way it is!

well i think it's standard. most people have to press it twice so all doors are unlocked. but if you press the lock, it will automatically lock all 4 doors i think.

counting on the 12 months, it many times is controled by door administration modules, if one doesnt talk wisely, its could throw the others off. do all of them open wisely once you employ the interior launch/lock button? in the event that they do, then it may desire to be a verbal replace concern between the biggest and a module interior the motor vehicle.
