Dude, the only six pack you can get in a few weeks is the beer kind.

In 3 weeks to a month is a good start to losing some weight and getting a 6 pack - but reality is that is can take a VERY long time to get these muscles just perfect.
My boyfriend has been working out and eating very health for 3 years and has a really nice body but still no 6 pack.
Your ab muscles are the hardest muscles to work on

Sounds as if you need to lose weight too? If you need to lose weight, you'll have to do some work to get it off, something cardiovascular like: kickboxing, tae bo, riding a bike, stationary or not, treadmill, brisk walking, something to make you move and sweat to burn the fat off the body.
You can do crunches, and they will firm the muscles underneath, but you'll need to do some cardio to take the fat off the top of them. If you get started you can get alot done in 3 weeks, but in reality, this will take a little longer, but it is a goal that you can have and reach.

I'm not a guy, but I can answer your question. Eat a sensible diet, like friuts and vegetables (celery helps with weight loss). Stay away from greasy, fried foods and junkfood. Do 50 sit-ups daily and you should lose your belly.

Eat less grains and sugars and drink alot of water. No soda. crunches and running will help alot with abs--esp running up hills. Leg lifts, flutter kicks, etc.
good luck and stick with it if you want it to work...and it'll take over a few weeks.

In a couple of weeks, huh? Such a physique takes years of commitment and hard week. Keep dreaming, though.
