well we would all love to get even with people who have done us wrong at some point and times in our lives. however if you don't retaliate, it shows you are the better person and you handle it in a mature way.

getting even is very high school. i'm 24 years old and believe me i would love to get even with the people who have crossed me but what good is that going to do? it makes me happy yet upsets someone to the point of retailiating back. if you go that route it's just an endless circle of getting even.

i got over that a long time ago b/c there are other things to worry about in life. if you take the more mature route you'll be respected for the way you handled the problem.

just think about what your mad about and ask is it really worth all the trouble of getting even.

I wouldn't use the word "mad" but instead I'll say "I'm fuzzy" or "I'm fluffy"... and in some instances, "not fair, someone stepped on my tail today!" :)

It's exteremely difficult to make me "mad," but I can get "upset" or just "sad" when something's bad happened. I believe that when I'm "sad" I will cry and calm down after a little bit; when I'm "upset" I can say somethig back at the person and give them a piece of my mind; when I'm "mad" (on really extremely rare occasions), others better beware because at that point I can kick their butt into another zip code without even thinking twice and it might be hazardous to their health.

Generally, when I'm "fuzzy" I'll crawl into my own little corner and try and analyze just what in the heck (excuse me) happened and why all of a sudden everyone decided to step on my tail on that day... most of the time, it's not even my fault. About 99.999% of the time, I'm a calm, peaceful and nice person. I can get alone with pretty much everybody on any God-given day :)

I get mad.. I verbally express my disappointment and usually that's- that. On occasion I have gotten even but not in a vindictive I poisoned your food, slept with your boyfriend or got you arrested kind of way but more like a oh now you've walked a mile in my shoes and how does it feel kind of way. I can't stand it when I hurt people, intentionally or unintentional.

ANGER CAN BE HANDLED IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS IT DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION AS WELL AS THE PERSON.PEOPLE THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT CONSEQUENCES AND REPERCUSSIONS DON'T HAVE TEMPERATURE GAGES VS. PEOPLE WHO LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE AND BELIEVE THAT THE PERSON WILL GET WHAT'S COMING TO THEM IN THE LONG RUN.

Lol, I usually get so mad that I end up plotting to get even, then I end up waiting to long to get even and the rage and passion of the moment is gone so I end up forgetting about it.

find something constructive to do. clean, go for a walk, turn the music up loud and dance, call a friend, go shopping, or all of the above. if you try to get revenge, you're letting them know they got the best of you. never give anyone that much power over you.

Get even at some point. Revenge is a dish best served cold.

get mad because getting even waste time. If something made you mad, the next thing you would want to do is try to get over it. If you try to get even you waste time and you it takes you even longer to get over it. So i would say just get mad, get over it, and move on!!!!!!!
