Why not just wrap him up a few more days? You've gone this long without it.
I started when my period did, and it worked out really great. I would think it'd be harder to regulate and know when your period is due if you started early.
Okay, okay, people are giving you misleading information. You don't HAVE to start on the Sunday following your period. That's if you do the Sunday start plan. You could do it the way you're talking about and be just fine.

If it is a regular 28 day pack it is best to follow the instructions - with 2 daughters and myself the doctor was very specific to start on the first day or sunday. During that week definitely use other protection.

You can start but in order for the pills to work fully you have to be on them at least 3 months. After your menstraition ends,I'd use protection (condum) anyway,while your on the pills. Better to be safe than sorry.

i would say yea
if only there isnt a chance of pregnancy, that happened to me , thought it was ok to start the pills and i was actually preggers for a month while on the pill
