it could be an 'absence' seizure... epilepsy.
you should got to the doctor
i have a lot of friends with epilepsy and if you find out now and start taking medication for it you may avoid the really big seizures (use to be called Grand Mal seizures... changed the name now tho)...
trust me you don't want one of them!
it may also be something else tho... but going by what you said, my mind goes straight to epilepsy.
Epilepsy is nothing to be afraid of... i have no idea why most people fear it. i can understand those with severe cases fearing it... but these are rare.
Many people live with it and have normal lives.
My friend who had it we she was younger now is a very successful real estate agent and drives and has a normal life.
hers seems to have gone into remission. she doesn't even take her meds anymore.

There is a form of epilepsy causing a person to have a lapse in memory at any given time. Epilepsy does kill if not taken care of. See a doctor immediately for testing.
They may require you to have a sleep study as well. I assure you the tests do not hurt and you will be fine. If you have to have a MRI and you do not like enclosed
areas have your doc. before hand write a Rx. to calm you down.

This is possibly not good. you should talk to your doctor, it may just be mild confusion that is messing you up or it could be more serious. you could be having "black-outs" or it could be nothing. But talk to your regular physician and make a note every time it happens, it may be your brain blocking out certain people or certain things you just dont want to hear subconsciously

There are several reasons. None of them are good. Many of them are life-threatening even if treated and prettty much sure to be fatal if ignored. I would go into details but it would only upset you. Short answer, though, is that you need to see a doctor IMMEDIATELY about it.

stuff like that happens to all of us. It happens to me. It's probably all in your mind cuz it likes to screw with you. Just ignore it cuz the more you think about it the worse it'll get.

It's happened to me. I'm not a doctor or anything, but I think it has something to do with stress or tiredness.

That happens if you smoke pot. If you are clean you might want to go to the doctor.
