Take a class in dissectional anatomy. After cutting up the cadavers three hours a day you won't be hungry at all.

The Special K diet can help with that, it's supposed to be 5lbs in 2 weeks (eating Special K as substitute for 2 meals a day)

I stopped drinking soda and lost a few pounds. The sodium in soda makes your stomach bloat out. Other than that, eat a balanced diet, drink more water, and cut out fatty and sugary foods. You dont need diet pills to loose weight.

I would suggest someone abide by the government's food pyramid, drink plenty of water, and to exercise about an hour a day, 6 days a week. This way, you are not consuming a high amount of calories, you are getting adequate fluid, and you're exerting tons of energy. In what I call the "calorie budget," if you exert more energy than you consume, you'll burn your body's energy stores (fat).

Mind you, muscle weighs more than fat.

i lost 50 pounds in 1 year by eating 3 small meals a day, cut down to 1 cola a day(from 6pack or more), drank coffee (black) and lots of water.NO EATING or snacking after 8pm. i got most of my exercises by working long hours and chasing kids around (they have lots of energy) this may not work for you but it did for me.
